• Use a soft brush (sold separately in our FB VIP Group) to clean between stones if needed.
• NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
• NOT MICROWAVE SAFE.
• DO NOT LEAVE IN HIGH HEAT (e.g., inside a hot car).

Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our current turn-around-time (TAT) is 3-6 weeks, depending on the pattern, customization, and glue cure time.
