"Midnight Swirls in Gold" is a two-panel side-by-side acrylic painting. A dance of deep blues, blacks, and bold brushstrokes makes these paintings both moody and alive. Then, I added swirling gold lines that pop out and twist and turn across the panels. The paintings are like telling a story in two parts that play off each other. The gold adds unexpected energy and movement that pulls everything together. Darkness is used not just as a decoration but as a dynamic element that brings motion into the canvas.

Medium: I used premium acrylic paints on a 20 x 24 canvas. They are painted on level 2 stretch canvas. The sides are painted into the picture, so you don't need a frame. They will be gorgeous with or without a frame.
