Care and Handling

Every rhinestone is hand-placed, one by one, with care and precision. To ensure your tumbler stays in pristine condition, please follow these instructions:

• HAND WASH ONLY with cool water. Use a soft brush to clean between stones if needed.
• NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
• Avoid leaving the tumbler in high heat, such as inside a hot car.

Important Information

Turn-Around-Time: Our tumblers are made in the order they are received. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be crafted, as this includes time for customization, design, and glue-curing.

Final Sale: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
